Kurus vs gemuk…Lecithin vs omega

Kalau sebelum ni.. Lecitin adalah satu2nya hot stuff especially mereka yg dlm proses nak menguruskan masalah berat badan…. weight management gitu… Tapi baru2 ni… ramai plak yang tanya saya makan Omega boleh kurus? Benarkah fakta tu? (fakta bwh ni saya baca dari entry ni di blog Adda..)
